Silly Season Gets Even Stupider As Vela Linked With Betis Move

The summer months are a time for rest and recuperation for players and managers alike, following a long year of football. It also offers the chance for clubs to add to their squads, which brings the usual speculation regarding which players could be coming and going.

Often many of the rumours and so unbelievable this time of year is known simply as “the silly season”. Well silly season has just got even stupider, as some members of the media are reporting Arsenal striker Carlos Vela is set to join Spanish side Real Betis, despite Arsene Wenger already confirming the Mexican will be a part of his team next season.

Both and both picked up on the ridiculous potential transfer, and after no research or knowledge of Arsenal, ran the story as if it was gospel truth.

Carlos Vela News would like to reassure it’s readers that Carlos will be with Arsenal next year, and for many years to come.

  6. HELL NOOOOOOOOOO Why would ARSENAL do that?????? If that would to happened im pretty sure that it would make Carlos vela pissed as hell, and probably would never wanna return to ARSENAL and start lookin at other big clubs….
