Osasuna’s Arsenal loanee Carlos Vela has admitted he cannot wait to link with the Gunners after a frustrating wait for his work permit to be sorted out, the Mexican further added to his professional reputation during an interview with Spanish Sports paper “Marca.”
“After two years I would like to go to the club which trusted in me. Arsenal is a great team and it would be a dream to play for them”
He also touched on his education with the Pamplona outfit, and playing out wide:
“The level is very strong. I am very happy with everything that is happening to me at Osasuna and I am going to enjoy the time I have left”
“On the wing I have to do more running and help more in defense, but I am 18 years old and want to play. I have a lot to learn” he concluded.
Carlos has become a firm fans favourite with the Osasuna fans, as well as the watching Arsenal fans, and before returning to his parent club Vela confirms he is desperate to help his loan club stay in Spain’s top league.
“We have to be focused and do what we know, because we showed that we can play well.”
“We know where we are and where we do not want to be and for that we must work hard and go one hundred percent, because anyone can beat anyone else and there are no easy games “
